What you have is a screen with 28 octagons. One is kept empty for movement. You must assemble whole picture by shifting cells. Just shift the cell to empty one, it becomes empty and now you can put another cell in its place.This way you will arrange whole picture.
Don't think of it as an easy jigsaw puzzle. You don't get an assembled picture glimpse like most of jigsaw puzzle. You have to assemble it applying your common sense and looking closely at picture. Whatever you do one thing is guaranteed i.e. it will sharpen your brains.
